- Design unified and electronic questionnaires and urge stakeholders inside and outside the university to engage on these questionnaires to evaluate university performance.
- Application of performance indicators set out in the KSU-QMS Quality Management System at the institutional level and urgesthe units of quality colleges and academic programs on the application.
- Activation of benchmarking system.
- Activation the system of Faculty members’ evaluation
- Preparation of KPIs reports on regular basis
- Urge academic and administrative units to prepare improvement plan based on the results of the performance evaluation.
- Provide technical support for academic and administrative units of the university in terms of performance evaluation , either through training , consulting , field visits to units of development and quality or other appropriate ways.
Ø Integration, cooperation and coordination with other Deanship’s units in order to achieve the overall objectives of the Deanship.
- Representation of the Deanship of Development and Quality in workshops, conferences and seminars for measuring and evaluating the performance.
