Project Management Office:

It supervises the preparation and updating of the executive plan for the University Strategy KSU2030. Also, it follows up the implementation of KSU’s projects and programs with colleges and supportive deanships and coordinates with them to prepare reports required to implement the Strategic Plan for the University and various units. In addition, it concerns about updating the Strategic Plan for the University and various units, whenever the surrounding conditions have changed. It continuously monitors the performance indicators in regard to the implementation of the Strategic Plan KSU2030.

Tasks:

·        Follows up the implementation of Strategic Plans for colleges, supportive deanships and units.

·        Provide the necessary technical support to units regarding the implementation of the Strategic Plan.

·        Monitor the performance indicators for the achievements of the Strategic Plan for KSU and its units.
