Strategic planning unit:

This unit is concerned with preparation of strategic plans and alternatives analysis and follow-up the implementation. Also, it revises the strategic plans, updates them and revises the strategic options . The unit also seeks to provide full support for the university colleges and units at different levels for the purpose of improving performance through development systems, then evaluate the performance practices according to the simulation and precise criteria for achieving the goals of the strategic plan of the University and its units. In addition, it provides all consulting services that would contribute to enable the University of excellence and competition, then global leadership.

The function of Strategic planning unit:

•  Dissemination of the strategic planning culture among the KSU’s faculty members, staff and students.
• Improving skills of the strategic programs supervisors.
• Participation in meetings related to strategic planning held within and outside the University according to the  followed system at the university.
